What does our lens technology offer that others don't? Color Balance. Hobie's proprietary polarized film allows our eyes to transmit clear "color messages" to our brain. These clear color messages give us the ability to see all colors vividly and see slight differences in similar colors. Hobie's proprietary polarized film allows the ideal amount of blue light to transmit for clear visual response of the color blue and contrast sensitivity. We are able to enhance vision and visual acuity.

Hobie Grey The original Hobie lens uses a special blend of grey and smoke to create its proven tint. Hobie's special tint provides natural color perception for a soothing visual experience. Recommended for everyday use in moderate to bright conditions where minimal contrast enhancement is necessary.Besides providing a fashion benefit.
