Being raised on the Connecticut coastline, Capt. Bob Turley has more than 40 years experience fishing the waters of Long Island Sound, Southern Rhode Island and the surrounding areas. Capt. Bob has spent a number of years big game fishing offshore in the Northeast, fly-fishing in the Florida Keys and Mexico, and trout fishing in the Northeast. Bob and his guide service, North Coast Charters, have been mentioned in numerous fishing books and fly fishing magazines over the years. Capt. Bob specializes in fly and light tackle fishing, offering customers other fishing options on the days when fly-fishing is tough. His soft-spoken mannerism and no nonsense approach to fishing, make him a perfect fit for the novice and seasoned angler. Located in the mouth of the Connecticut River in Old Saybrook Ct., Capt.
