Our customer service team is ready to help you make a speedy and easy return. Just follow these simple instructions and we will take care of the rest!

  • E-mail returns@hobiepolarized.com with your name, phone number & order number to request a Hobie Return Authorization Number. This will be used to track your return once it’s back in the Hobie warehouse.

  • You can also call Hobie Polarized Customer Care at 1-866-625-1280 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST)

  • Once you receive your RA#, please securely package your items to send back and clearly write the RA# and order number on the outside of your package.

  • Returns that are sent with any missing components (warranty form, case, etc.) will be subject to additional fees.

Refund policy applies to orders placed on HobiePolarized.com ONLY. All return items must be in new and unused condition, and postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Hobie Polarized is not responsible for lost or damage packages and refunds will be made to the original method of payment usually within 10 business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email as soon as the return is processed. Please allow 48-hours for funds to be posted to your original method of payment.
